Return, Refund and Warranty Policy

Unhappy With Your Item?

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return it within thirty (30) days from the purchase date, subject to the conditions below.

Please report or contact us regarding:

  • Missing items or parts

  • Items damaged in transit

  • Incorrect item delivery

Claims must be reported within 2 business days upon receipt of the item.


Refunds & Credits

Refunds for returned items will be issued using the same payment method used at the time of purchase. Once we receive and inspect the product, the refund will be credited to your account. Please allow 5–7 business days for the credit to appear on your account.

Exchanges

If an item is returned for exchange, please allow 3–5 business days for the replacement to be processed after inspection. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs when returning an item for exchange.

Wrong Item Received

If you received an incorrect item, you may:

  • Exchange it for the correct item, or

  • Return it for a full refund


Conditions

Please read all conditions carefully. If these conditions are not met, Instrulife reserves the right to refuse the return or charge a restocking fee of not less than 15%. All returned or exchanged items must be new, unused, and in their original packaging.

We may refuse a return or refund request if:

  • The item(s) is returned without an RMA form

  • The item(s) has no valid, readable serial number (if applicable), including missing, damaged, altered, or unreadable serial numbers

  • The item(s) is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other accessories originally included

  • The item(s) shows physical damage or is dirty

  • Returns are made after thirty (30) days from receipt of the purchased item (unless otherwise specified)

Refunds may be full or partial, depending on what is agreeable to both parties.


Returning an Item

All returned items must be in good condition with complete original packaging and accessories. Instrulife reserves the right to charge a handling fee for returns related to non-quality issues.

How to Return Item(s):

  1. Submit an RMA request
    Complete the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form and submit it for review. Once approved, return instructions will be sent via email.

  2. Pack your item(s)
    Place the item(s) in a shipping box and include a note with your Order ID number inside.
    (Do not place stickers or shipping labels on the original manufacturer’s packaging.)

  3. Ship your item(s)
    Ship the item(s) to the designated warehouse location.

    We recommend using insured shipping with tracking

    Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility

    Instrulife will cover shipping costs for replacement items

    Instrulife is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments

Once our Returns Department has received and inspected your return, your refund or exchange will be processed promptly. We’ll take care of the rest for you.

Replacement Warranty

Returns must be completed within thirty (30) days after receiving the purchased item (unless otherwise specified) for replacement or full/partial refund, depending on what is agreeable to both parties.


Product Service Warranty

All products sold by Instrulife come with a one (1) year warranty covering manufacturer defects only.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, abuse, alterations, neglect, or other external causes.

The warranty does not extend to consumables (including but not limited to electrodes, calibration solutions, batteries, and index oil), accessories, cables, compact discs, or any written documents bundled with the item.
